Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. International shipping usually takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
You can create an account by clicking the “Account” icon on our website and selecting “Create Account.” Simply enter your name, email address, and password to get started.
If your order has not yet shipped, please email us immediately at contact@cloudsboo.com with your order number and updated address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
No. CloudsBoo does not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Sales tax may be applied depending on your shipping address and local regulations. The final amount will be calculated at checkout.
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.
Depending on product availability and warehouse location, your order may arrive in separate packages. If so, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please email contact@cloudsboo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve the issue promptly.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at contact@cloudsboo.com and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
